Post 10: Hi! Today Im going to write about my experience learning english at university. This is my sencod english subject, The first semester i took english 3 and im happy that I can finish this year. About the classes and the contents I think that was easier than school. English in university was like a review of english at school. But I have to mencion that I improve my writting skills. I did´t had too many exersice of writte in school so Im gladed to have this oportunity to create a blog and write on them. I was very surprise for the idea of blogs, its very original and fun. I dont like the video blog because im very shy with the camera but i like to write a blog. I think i need to improve my speaking and reading comprehension skills. Post 8 : Summer Plans Today im going to write about my summer plans. I always like to go to the beach in the north on summer. But in january im going to icalma in the souht. Icalma is near the border with Argentina and has a beautiful lake. Im going to with my friends of university. We are like 8. We are going to arrive to a friend´s house and stay for a week. We plan to visit the park and reservations of the surrounding and maybe to camp one day. Of course swim in the lake and sunbath are in my priority activities. Also im going to the north with my mom. My grandma lives in Taltal and we visit her every year. Taltal is between Chañaral and Antofagasta. All the years we go by car and stay un the “hosteria de Vallenar” and the next day we keep going. Post 5: Hello everyone, today I will write about the work that I would like to have in the future. Well I'm not very sure that I want to dedicate specifically. My career has so many interesting and developable branches that it is super difficult to choose one but the truth is what I like most is physical geography. It is what most entertains and interests me. Regarding if it is outdoor / indoor, well my career is outdoor and it was one of the reasons I chose it, so outdoor 100% ... haha. I want to travel, work and live in many places. With regard to the studies I am very interested in traveling and studying in Europe. And if I had to choose a place to live would be Australia I wish I could study forever, even if it sounds crazy, never stop learning. Post 3: Hello everyone, today I write about one of the movies I like the most: Mamma Mia! I love this film because I find the scene so representative of my life with my mom. Both alone and very close, plus we love Meryl Streep and all the actors. I think that's so meaningful to me. With my mother we sing, laugh and cry every time we watch this movie, we know all ABBA songs. My mom loves them. I do not have a type of film that I like more, but I must admit that I love historical dramas or those that do based on real events. I enjoy watching horror movies with my friends and I also love watching animated children's movies. The last movie I saw was for a signature of college, economic geography. It was called blood diamonds and was starring by Leonardo DiCaprio. I liked the film very much, it was based on real facts, the crude images of the civil war that faced Sierra Leone were impressive. Blog 4: My Favorite Book Today im going to write about my favorite book. “Perfume: The story of a murder” is the title of my favorite book, written by Patrick Suskind. The novel talks about the sense of the smell and its relationship with the emotions. It is very interesting. But Patrick Suskind is not my favorite author. The thruth is I don’t have a favorite author but I really like American Latin authors like García Márquez, Jorge Luis Borges, Julio Cortázar and Chilean authors like Isabel Allende, Pedro Lemebel and Roberto Ampuero. I like the books with a historical drama or magical realism. I also like police novels. I enjoy them so much. Actually the last book I read was magical realism. I read ¨La increíble y triste historia de la cándida Eréndida y su abuela desalmada”. The first time I read it was in school and a few days ago I found it cleaning my shelves. BLOG 2: Hi everyone! today im going to write about my best holidays. It was in july of 2012 and was the first time that i was too far of my home. I went to Hungary with my mom. We visited my brother who lived in Budapest. We stayed 3 weeks in that beautiful city and then we went to Venice and Athents. We stayed in his apartament that was near the downtown. I remember that we went to the center for a walk all days. We used the "tranvia" to mobilize. It´s incredible the arquitecture of these old buildings. Also we sailed throught the Danuvio. The Danuvio is a river that separate the city in 2: Buda, the oldest part and in the otherside of the river was Pest where the center was. Also we went to a little island in the middle of the river called "Isla Margarita". For me was a really important trip beacause I saw my brother for the first time in too long and was my dream to go to Europe. Its was an increbible place and I hope all of you can go someday.
Blog 1 Today im going to write about a country i would like to visit. i want to visit many countries but im going to choose The Philippines because my brother lives there. I think is a really different place with paradise beaches and a big population city. I know that they had their own language, the ¨tagalo¨ but many of then are bilingual and they can speak english too. The culture of The Philippines is closely related with Spanish Cuture because they was a spanish colony. So they have many references in spanish like the names of the people or the the name of the streets. I would like to visit all the incredible beaches and eat diferent food.
